"Blessed shall you be in the city and blessed shall you be in the field.

Blessed shall be the fruit of your body and the fruit of your ground and the fruit of your beasts, the increase of your cattle and the young of your flock.

Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading trough.

Blessed shall you be when you come in and blessed shall you be when you go out."

Deuteronomy 28,3-6 (AMPC)

The mind of God is for you to be blessed. And this blessing is to begin with you: your person.

As we read in Deuteronomy 28,3, being blessed starts in the city. In Moses’ times, a city was a dwelling place and the field was where people would work (the soil). If we can paraphrase it, it would be:

You shall be blessed in yourself, you shall be blessed at your workplace, your children shall be blessed, the fruit of your work shall be blessed, your possessions shall be blessed, your food shall be blessed,...

“Now when He [Jesus] was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17,20-21(NKJV)

God builds from within to the outside, from the invisible to the visible, from the spiritual to the physical.

The outside world should be a reflection of who you are within. Everything of yours should have an imprint of yours, it should have your essence, your influence, your DNA.

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

3John1,2 (NKJV)

One man said: it’s more important to God to teach you how to drive before He gives you a car.

Agree with God, cooperate with God: build from the inside out. The deeper, the higher.

If the process of building seems long, remember that God will satisfy you with long life and what it is being built will last long and its impact also. Declare like the psalmist (Psalm 138,8):

The Lord perfects that which concerns me!
